Lawrence R. Miller, MD

Dr. Lawrence R. Miller is a board-certified interventional pain management physician and a Qualified Medical Evaluator. He holds board certification in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Nephrology, is a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP), and continues to treat patients in internal medicine.

His training includes Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Critical Care residency at Emory University and Anesthesiology and Pain Management training at the University of California, San Diego. He provides workers’ compensation medical-legal evaluations, independent medical evaluations, and personal injury assessments, with clinical focus areas that include lumbar and cervical disc herniation, neuropathic pain, complex regional pain syndrome, traumatic brain injury, and thoracic outlet syndrome.
